How To Ask My First Question

To ask your first question in Ask-AI, click on the floating widget to open the sidebar.

In the search bar at the top, start by typing any question you have. Consider common questions you've encountered from colleagues, customers, or your own inquiries, and type them in!

For example:
"How do I log into X?"
"How can I update my password?"
"Does X support this version or integration?"

Then, hit Enter!

You can also search directly from text:

Simply highlight a portion of text -> click on the "Search Text" bubble that appears to auto search in Ask-AI!

Keep in mind: The more general your question - for example typing in key words, the broader the answer will be. For more precise answers, ask specific questions, just like you would with a colleague. 

Note: Ask-AI can answer any question you have! You don't need to provide background information, just ask the specific question. 

 
You can delete your question by hitting on the "X"

And remember, Ask-AI will answer your question based on your organization's internal and external facing knowledge that is being indexed.
